Paper Chicken Marinated and minced white meat chicken wrapped in foil and deep fried

 Marinated pieces of beef on a skewer and deep fried

 
Drum Sticks Little pieces of chicken marinated in curry, slightly battered and   fried to golden brown

 
Shrimp Toast Shrimp paste lightly buttered on a toast, top with sesame seed and fried to golden brown

 
Steamed Vegetable Dumpling Shredded cabbage mix with sautéed pieces of tofu, ginger, onion and wrapped with home made dumpling skin (flour dough)

 
Steamed/Fried Pork Dumpling Ground pork mixed with shredded cabbage, ginger, onion and wrapped with dumpling skin (flour dough)

 
Chicken Package Diced chicken, water chestnut and Chinese mushroom, stir fried in a dry brown sauce.  Served with lettuce (4)
